By creating an account on StreamingPanel.com and placing any order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use this platform.
StreamingPanel.com is operated by an independent infrastructure provider. All services are proprietary and delivered through in-house built systems. StreamingPanel is not affiliated with Spotify, Twitch, Kick, Apple Music, or any other third-party platform referenced on this site.
StreamingPanel provides streaming growth infrastructure services including but not limited to plays, followers, viewers, and related engagement delivery across Spotify, Twitch, Kick, and Apple Music.
You acknowledge and agree to the following before placing any order:
Streaming platforms including Spotify, Twitch, and Kick regularly release system updates, algorithm changes, and detection overhauls. These updates are outside StreamingPanel's control and may temporarily affect delivery speed, delivery behavior, or order completion timelines.
StreamingPanel operates on a best-effort delivery model. This means we commit to completing every order to the specified quantity, and we update our delivery infrastructure in response to platform changes as quickly as technically possible. However, delivery timelines are not guaranteed and may be extended due to platform-side changes beyond our control.
By placing an order, you confirm that you understand the nature of this industry, accept that temporary delays or delivery interruptions may occur, and have placed your order with full awareness of these conditions.
You are solely responsible for all risks associated with using StreamingPanel services on any platform account. StreamingPanel does not accept liability for account restrictions, suspensions, or permanent bans under any circumstances, regardless of the order type, size, or delivery method involved.
Platform bans, account flags, and content restrictions are an inherent risk of using third-party growth services. By placing an order, you confirm that you are fully aware of this risk and accept sole responsibility for any consequences that may arise on your platform account.
StreamingPanel strongly advises against placing order volumes that may trigger suspicious activity detection on the target platform. However, even orders placed within reasonable quantities carry an inherent platform risk that StreamingPanel cannot control or be held liable for. No refund, refill, or compensation will be issued under any ban or account restriction scenario, without exception.
StreamingPanel provides refill coverage on eligible services as specified in each service description. Where refill guarantees are listed, the following conditions apply:
If you experience a drop in delivered followers, views, plays, or any other metric after order completion, you must report the issue directly to StreamingPanel through the official support channel.
The refill process works as follows:
You must submit a refill request to StreamingPanel. If the issue persists after the first refill attempt, you must submit a second refill request. StreamingPanel will process a second refill attempt. If the issue remains unresolved after two documented refill attempts, you become eligible for a balance refund under the conditions outlined in Section 5.
Refill requests submitted without prior notification to StreamingPanel will not be processed. It is your responsibility to report issues through the correct channel before escalating to any other resolution method.
StreamingPanel does not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. All eligible refunds are issued as platform balance credits or, under specific conditions outlined below, returned to the user's personal cryptocurrency wallet.
Partial or unstarted order refunds:
If an order has partially completed, the undelivered portion will be credited directly to your StreamingPanel account wallet. If an order has never started delivery, the full order amount will be credited directly to your StreamingPanel account wallet. These credits are processed automatically following order review and do not require a refund request.
Refunds following two failed refill attempts:
If an order has experienced unresolved drops or incomplete delivery after two documented refill attempts submitted by the user and processed by StreamingPanel, and StreamingPanel has been unable to resolve the issue after both attempts, the eligible balance in your StreamingPanel wallet will be transferred to your personal cryptocurrency wallet within 7 business days.
This transfer will be processed net of the original payment processing fee applied at the time of purchase. Payment processing fee deductions are as follows: credit card payments — 4% deducted. Cryptocurrency payments — 1.5% deducted.
No refund will be issued in the following cases:
Orders that have been fully delivered as specified, regardless of subsequent organic performance. Orders affected by platform bans, account restrictions, or suspensions on the target account under any circumstances. Orders where the user has not submitted at minimum two refill requests prior to requesting a refund. Orders where the reported issue cannot be verified by StreamingPanel.
StreamingPanel account balances are non-withdrawable under standard conditions. Funds added to your StreamingPanel wallet are intended for use within the platform only.
The sole exception to this policy is in cases where a refund has been confirmed as eligible under Section 5, following two failed refill attempts on an unresolved order. In this case only, the eligible refund amount may be returned to the user's personal payment method or wallet, net of applicable processing fees, within 7 business days.
Balance transfers between user accounts are not permitted.
If you have an issue with an order or payment, you are required to contact StreamingPanel directly before initiating any chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, card provider, or cryptocurrency platform.
Users who initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first notifying StreamingPanel and allowing a resolution period will have their account immediately suspended. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of suspension will be forfeited without exception. This policy exists to protect the integrity of the platform and will be enforced without exception regardless of the circumstances or outcome of the dispute.
If you believe you have a legitimate payment issue, contact us first. We will resolve it.
These Terms of Service apply equally to all users of StreamingPanel, including resellers, API users, and white-label operators.
Resellers and white-label operators who use StreamingPanel infrastructure to deliver services to their own customers are solely responsible for managing their customer relationships, handling their own customer support, and ensuring their own clients are informed of the nature of these services.
StreamingPanel accepts no liability for disputes, complaints, or claims arising between a reseller and their end customers. Any claim against StreamingPanel must come directly from the registered account holder, not from a third-party end user of a reseller operation.
You may not use StreamingPanel services for any purpose that violates applicable local, national, or international law. You may not resell StreamingPanel services in a manner that misrepresents their nature, origin, or guarantees beyond what StreamingPanel explicitly provides. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or replicate StreamingPanel's infrastructure, delivery systems, or pricing data.
StreamingPanel's total liability to any user for any claim arising from the use of this platform is limited to the balance available in that user's StreamingPanel account at the time of the claim. StreamingPanel is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages including but not limited to lost revenue, lost followers, lost account standing, or platform penalties.
StreamingPanel reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
Opening more than one StreamingPanel account from the same IP address is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban of all associated accounts.
If you have a legitimate need to operate multiple accounts — such as managing separate reseller operations — you must notify StreamingPanel in advance and receive explicit written approval before creating additional accounts.
Accounts found to be in violation of this policy will be banned without prior notice. No balance refund will be issued for accounts banned under this policy, regardless of the balance held at the time of suspension. Attempting to circumvent this policy through VPNs, proxies, or other IP masking methods will be treated as a deliberate violation and handled accordingly.
If you have a complaint, dispute, or issue with any StreamingPanel service or order, you are required to contact StreamingPanel support directly and allow a reasonable resolution period before taking any further action.
Filing a complaint, review, or dispute on any third-party platform — including but not limited to review sites, forums, social media, or chargeback platforms — without first contacting StreamingPanel support and allowing us to resolve the issue will result in an immediate and permanent ban of your account.
StreamingPanel takes its service quality seriously and will always work to resolve legitimate issues through direct communication. Users who bypass this process and attempt to damage StreamingPanel's reputation through third-party channels before seeking internal resolution will be banned without exception and without balance refund.
You are responsible for being aware of and complying with this policy before placing any order on this platform.
